I have been dealing with Encore Estates for a few years now and recently my experience with them has been unpleasant as I was not receiving responses to my queries and basically just being ignored. Then Richard Barnett came on to the scene and my view of them has drastically changed for the positive. Richard responded promptly to my queries and followed up as well. My issue was resolved in a matter of days with Richard, something other members of the team left unattended for months. Thank you Richard for being so good at your job.

Wish we could get rid of them
Wish we could get rid of them. Extortionate service charge c.£5k per year for 2 bedroom flat. Concierges are nice people but I really don't think we need 2-3 people working at the same time. Other than that, horrible service from the rest of Encore team.
