The block management service from Encore is not recommendable at all. If you use them, please change with other company immediately. They dont answer your calls , they do not resolve your maintenance issues. At the end they you will be threatened by Encore to charge you extra service charge, even they don't provide a proper service. For example, a few days ago, a water pipe burst in the bicycle storage shed, so I contacted the emergency contact number, but was unable to reach them. Eventually another resident was successfully contacted with the emergency and a plumber came, but the plumber closed the valve that supplies water,so every residents in Kingston Squareroots had to live without water for almost 20 hours. The developer, Square Roots, listens to the voices of tenants and actively handles their R&R, but Encore Management does not actively handle their own R&R and only makes excuses and threatened the residents to increse the service charge. I am quite frustrated at the fact that my service charge is being paid to Encore Estate Management

I have been in my property now for about 10 years, encore has always been the management agency. The first two or three years were as I would say below average and we were going to change management agencies. Then Encore made Kirsty Leinster our manager. Things started to really change what she said she would do she did, and sometimes it was frustrating when the contractors did not come back quick enough. Kirsty kept us informed all the time. That is why we are still with Encore now because of her. We find working with Kirsty, very helpful and friendly.

Kirsty at Encore responds quickly and is very helpful. Encore are not like other management companies - they get stuff done!

When dealing directly with Kirsty, the issues I had were dealt with swiftly and with professionalism, and were in the main, resolved. Communication was good. However, in Kirsty's absence, the same cannot be said for the individual who was supposed to be dealing with her clients problems. No updates, no communication!!
