Extremely disappointed with the delayed service activation. On paper they said service would be activated within 1 hour, or 24 hours during the weekend. I waited for 5 days, and had to email 3 times and call phone support 2 times across 3 days, all of which I was promised that my service was in the queue for activation on those days. Would have given 1 star, but since the internet speed is actually very good once I was finally connected, I’ve give this 2 stars.

Thus far it was an easy experience and even though I am not getting the 500mbps I signed up for I am using wifi so I know that's limited to the chip I have in the device I am using at the time of a test. The router was already installed and It's in a place where I can not just run a RJ45 across the floor so I will have to remain using WiFi but would prefer to be hardwired in. Also got me out of the Sky contract as they were not able to re-fit here. So far all seems good. Let's see after a year how we get on. Recommended this far!

internet Lag I am experiencing lag on my internet which is a clearfibre1000 connection. This is an unexpected surprise and currently the experience is not great.

Takes a couple of days to activate
It was smooth to pay, but it's not clear how long it's going to take to activate your internet connection. To then be told it's going to be today by customer services and it still not be activated is really annoying.
