It took 7 days to active our wifi, instead of the 1 hour which is stated on their website. After 7 days, the wifi is unstable. Sometimes it works sometimes not. Some devices can't connect to it at all. Me and my roommate and our neighbors living in the same buidling are all suffering from this.

Connected about 18 hours after order, so not bad. All up and running and straightforward.

I've been a customer for over a month and am very happy with them. Set up was on time, quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful too. The wifi works perfectly too.

The whole process was simply and the installation guy took care in what he was doing. Everything is very good so far especially compared to our previous provider Sky
