Great cozy cabin and perfect location to explore. It snowed while we were there. We had a blast and it was a great weekend getaway. Close to great food spots and had fun in the back yard with the kids!

Was able to check in directly to the house. House was clean, well maintained and was really nice.

This cabin was beautiful. Clean, smelled good and they even provided seasonings in the kitchen. The jacuzzi was nice, clean and worked! The only draw back was none of the room doors or bathroom doors had locks. There's no privacy if you are using the restroom or changing clothes. Also, there wasn't enough towels for all 6 of us. Overall though, I would rent this cabin again!

The cabin was great everything we needed and then some. Only negative was cable didn’t work in the living room. Spa was great just didn’t heat up quickly and some jets weren’t working. Overall very nice stay would book again with cool cabins.

Big Bear Cool Cabins is ALWAYS the best one to use when we do our bi-annual trips to Big Bear! They are fast and easy to book, the staff is ALWAYS great, and they are at the ready if there is ever a problem, which there RARELY is!!!!! I will never use anyone else for our family vacations.
