Easy the renting process and fast services.

The place was good, th additional costs was the problem. I booked thru Expedia, I didnt see any cost for pets, but during my check in the said I had to pay 30 USD per pet per night, I showed them the description but they didnt care

The most perfect rental. Our little ones called it a cabin so we had to make sure to refer to it as our cabin. The cabin was so nice everything about it. The floor to ceiling window was a huge draw for us. The kids had so much space to play and build a snowman. If we weren’t out there with them it was fine because as long as they were outside the window we had perfect view. It’s not far from snow play areas and the village. Cabin felt very clean heat worked well hot water wasn’t working but they came right out and took care of the problem. We would definitely consider renting the same cabin year. Hopefully my sons family will join us and we will rent a bigger cabin from them.

The company was great right from the beginning. Anytime I had any questions they got back to me within an hour. And ensured me that safety and security were a top priority. The cabin was beyond our expectations and some where we want to go back to yearly.

The cabin was not in good shape. The front door handle was loose and almost fell off, no mop to clean up the mud from the driveway and walk to the jacuzzi. No wall heater in the bedroom or bathroom. We were charged a hidden pet fee that was not upfront when booking our stay. This is our second time using this service, and it will be our last. There are so many choices to stay in Big Bear.

Big Bear Cool Cabins was enjoyable to work with, and I was happy to rent our weekend getaway from a local company. We had a minor issue at our cabin, and they quickly resolved the problem with our hot water. Their office was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. I will definitely book through Cool Cabins again!

The cabin was very nice and clean and all the necessities were provided as well was gated so was perfect for the little ones to play outfront in the snow. The main downside to it was the jacuzzi didn't work they had to send someone to repair it so it got fixed the next day and the water wasnt ready till the day after that that was already the day we had to leave so we didnt get to use the hot tub. Also beds were a little outdated kinda uncomfortable to be honest and pillows were kinda flat so i would say to bring your own pillows luckily we did bring our own extra blankets so we used them as support but besides that the cabin was great stove worked fine and stove top kept the cabin warm as well also if you dont want a actual fire going the heater works perfectly fine but you cant feel it in the bedroom so bedroom is pretty cold still

Great location. Perfect for just me and my husband. Will definitely stay again!

I love booking with cool cabins and I’ve never had issues however this particular cabin I stayed at did have issues with the internet and the hot water. Overall I loved staying at this cabin.
