Ntwanano took my call and was extremely helpful and efficient. The call back facility is excellent, it saved me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. My overall experience for the customer service was very positive and a pleasure to have a real person on the end of a telephone who understood my issue. Ntwanano is a credit to your customer services team👍

Great coffee every time

We have had the sage barista impress for a year now and wouldn’t go back to a pod machine!! The coffee is luxurious and we love it. We’ve had a couple of occasions where we needed support and with simple instructions over the phone on a video call it was resolved. Very good customer service

Absolutely fantastic aftercare service

Absolutely fantastic aftercare service. I was able to talk to an agent very quickly who was very knowledgeable and talked me through how to solve it. The machine is working perfectly again. The sage coffee machines are the best on the market and great to know that help is so readily at hand when you need it.

Great service, a trustworthy company

I live in Germany and just bought an Espresso machine. I am very happy with it and enjoy great coffee. Two other people from my family already have the equal model and recommended it to me. Mine had a little optical issue, but I wanted it to look perfect. Contacting the service hotline, I experienced serious and positive service. My special thanks goes to Maria, who took care of my request, more than I expected. I can definitely recommend the company and also their products. Friendly and professional service

Had repeatedly issues with my Sage Dual Boiler but the Sage Service Center Staff handled the case very professionally and courteous. I had contact with two different employes and both were very friendly, helpful and service orientated. Response time was reasonably fast. A bit irritating but fair enough was the fact, that I had to open a case on their service website but the whole communication then went via mail. Now I‘m happy with my product and hope I do not need to contact the service for a long time ;)

Well trained staff keep coustomers

The phone was answered in a reasonable time . The person replying to me was both professional and patient . She took my details and sorted out my problem .
