I was able to speak to an advisor who researched and resolved my problem and send me the correct replacement steam wand cleaning tool. I had ordered the wrong size from the website and they sent the replacement free of charge. The replacement arrived very promptly. Thank you

Impressive customer service by video call

I received fantastically impressive customer service from Andile at Sage! I was struggling to make a great cup of coffee on my new Barista Touch Impress machine. When I called customer service, Andile set up a video call and systematically, patiently, kindly and thoroughly spent an hour talking me through the machine as we made many cups of coffee together! I now understand my machine much better and look forward to enjoying excellent coffee! Thank you, Andile, for your kind help.

Absolutely first class customer…

Absolutely first class customer service. Motla, the customer service rep did a video call from a weblink so she could see the machine & progress & kept on the line even when we had to let the machine cool down for 15 minutes. She was thorough, professional but really friendly as well.

At last Sage did the right thing!

Over the course of nearly a year I have had trouble with the barista impress express frothing knob being so tight I could hardly turn it. Despite two replacement knobs and excessive descaling as instructed, Sage finally replaced the machine. I’m so happy at last. I couldn’t have gone on much longer ( I’m 66 and have arthritis and I’ve waited 30 years to treat myself to one of these machines!) It wasn’t an easy run, but they finally did the right thing.. thankyou Sage.
