I spoke to Robert at Sage a couple of times and he was very helpful. First we tried to solve the problem from distance but no effect. So he helped me to pick up the machine for reparations. Very kindly and very helpful.

Great customer service

Our coffee machine stopped working so after trying a few things (via Google videos) I phoned up customer support and they sent me descaler and specific steps to unblock the machine and it worked! I couldn't find any of this info online and really thought that our machine was broken for good. The customer service rep also went beyond what I expected and sent us the solution for free which really impressed us. Sage applicances are obviously working hard at building a trust brand and we have experienced this so far.

Everything was great. I didn't have to wait to talk to a "real person" The 2 people i spoke to were patient, profession and very polite and helped deal with my issue effectively

Motlalepula Was extremely helpful and arranged to have some sachets of the steam wand cleaner sent to me very quickly. They seemed to clean up the problem immediately, but unfortunately that was a one time only result. We now have the same issue again, which is a shame. If there’s anything you can do about that, I would be grateful to know.
