Support was very competent, clear, friendly and helped to resolve the issue. Even sent a replacement coffee given I had wasted good coffee beans with the problem. Appreciated that. Minus 1 star for the late reposnse. Took 1 week before I got a reply.

When our 4 year old Bambino coffee machine milk frother stopped working SAGE sent complementary packs of their descaler, milk frother cleaning sachets and cleaning tablets. With these we established that despite our regular descaling and cleaning according to the machine prompting, it needed more - perhaps due to very hard water where we are. After using the SAGE products it started working properly again. No need to send the machine off for a repair.

Kommunikation war nett, aber alles andere lief leider sehr enttäuschend im Reklamationsfall. 2 Monate auf Ersatz zu warten und den auch noch mit falscher Adresse verschickt und dann keine Korrektur veranlasst trotz zeitnaher Information darüber.
