Unfortunately delivery was delayed resulting in the birthday present arriving 2 days late

The first orchid I purchased began dying within two days. I blamed it on the extreme cold weather during delivery. It was replaced, but unfortunately this one is also looking very sad with yellowing leaves and fading flowers. We have kept orchids for many years and not experienced this before. I will not be buying from Nova Blooms again.
