Order not arrived. Was given option for delivery date chose Friday so would have orchid in time for mother's day. Not arrived and no one available in office till Monday.

****UPDATE**** There was a slight issue with regards to my order and I was disappointed and upset. However once talking to Hayley, she was amazing and able to personally make sure my order was resent. I can't thank them enough. This year has been tough on all of us and unfortunately a simple task of sending flowers turned into a disappointment. I know mistakes happen (through no fault of Nova Blooms) but when you're are living in the moment an angry disappointed mist takes over. My below comment is now completely invalid and I am greatful for the response and support given. It was meant to have been delivered yesterday. I have emailed but yet to receive a reply. Ordered in advance of mother's day to avoid disappointment and late delivery... Yet I'm still disappointed and left waiting for a delivery.

Ordered the blue orchids online, simple process, confirmation email came through straight away. I had to call them about something and the lady was very polite and helpful.
