I usually love this company ! I bought 2 small orchids (which arrived a day late) but both plants were clearly aging and past their best. Flowers and leaves began to fall immediately. The remaining blooms have drooped and will be gone in a few days. Very disappointed. Usually send 5* flowers and plants.

After just 5 days one of the orchids was in a very sorry state and within 2 weeks it was dead. The second orchid is alive but not looking too healthy. On arrival the orchids were given water as per the instructions. The plants are kept in a warm room with a good level of humidity. There are other orchids in the same room which are remarkably healthy.
