Healthy plant I ordered a small orchid. It arrived on the right day and was very beautiful

This is the first time that I have used this company and I was very disappointed with the orchids I ordered. I had chosen them because I wanted something a bit different, for a relative's 50th birthday. When I have ordered orchids elsewhere online they have had quite large flowers, looked beautiful and lasted for ages. However, the orchids from Nova were small, looked quite pathetic in a vase and had died within a week. They represented very poor value for money, I actually felt quite embarrassed when I saw them, and were clearly poor quality. I could not in all conscious recommend this company and will not be using them again.

Excellent service with top quality fruit and vegetables. Nothing like the low quality found in many supermarkets. Well done Nova for another super delivery

Flowers for my sisters 50th , chose Nova Blooms after receiving some myself and was very impressed. Have received from other companies that come in a box & been less impressed ..

The orchids are lovely and I will order again, but they were packed a little clumsily which meant that a few flowers and stems were crushed on all three of them. They are beautiful tho and I will enjoy them so much. Many thanks.

The orchid arrived promptly was very well packaged so it was protected during transit. I am pleased with the pot and quality of the blooms but I was expecting the overall scale of the plant to be bigger for more impact in the designated space. That is why I dropped a star.
