Service was good but the orchids were mixed. The two red ones are great but the white is sickly. Buds fell off within days and 3 of the leaves yellowed and fell off. I do know how to look after them so the plant was not in good health.

Very efficient service and good quality plant

The orchid is healthy and looks promising but was very badly supported so needed a lot of arranging to look its prettiest. As it was for an important birthday present I would have liked better presentation.

Fabulous service - never had any problems.

Plant was lovely. Whoever delivered it to our friend stood the box upside down on the doorstep. Luckily it was secured well inside the box, but more careful handling required by your carriers

Excellent service. Delivery was to the family in Wales. Delivered on the day. An excellent quality orchid. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered for two different addresses. Flowers were good and delivered on the day requested. Didn't pay for a load of greenery nobody wants, just flowers. Good would use them again.
