Really impressed with the quality of the items I ordered (Orchid and Aloe). The aloe is firm/healthy and the orchid arrived mid bloom so there are still quite a lot of buds to open which is an added bonus. The root systems to both plants look exceptionally healthy so both plants should have longevity. There was nothing negative about my experience so I’d definitely purchase from Nova Blooms again!

Prompt delivery. Three items were substitutes but no covering note. Generally good quality but two pears were poor quality - damaged and rotten areas.

Further to my recent review I see that Nova Blooms have said that a colleague of theirs has been in touch with me and helped me. Sorry but this is not absolutely true. I have been emailed by Nova Blooms to say that I should email them a list of the missing items and they would either resend or refund. I emailed them a list of the missing items, which is very extensive, and asked for a refund as I had to buy the missing items elsewhere. This was quite a while ago and I have not heard from them since.

Little below their normal standards. Most of the stuff excellent but mango over ripe and cooked corns on the cob just don’t work
