Have used Nova blooms for the last few flowers I have sent. They are always gorgeous and arrive looking beautiful. I recently sent flowers to my sister in law for her birthday and the card I also sent with the flowers was printed but my name was left off it so she didn’t know who sent them for days!

Ordered for delivery on 18th November for a birthday gift and they delivered on 7th November, so 11 days too early! Waste of my money. I will not be be using Novablooms again and I have had no reply to my email complaining. Disgusting service.

Apart from getting the delivery date incorrect, the problem was rectified to my satisfaction.
