I am mainly satisfied with my box of fruit and veg but at times I have received squashed bannanas and squashed tomatoes. This week it was squashed bannanas having to throw half of them away .

After a shaky start, not sure what caused the hiatus, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and I’ve heard from the recipient that they thought the orchid beautiful.

These were for my Mother in law to cheer her up on the anniversary of her son’s death. They arrived Bon time and she tells me are lovely.

Having reported a problem with my gift orchid a new one was delivered to me the very next day. I am now looking at a beautiful new orchid to enjoy. Very prompt and helpful customer service, would buy from this company again.

The person who the orchids were for commented on how well they were packed and what good condition they were in. Delivery was quick as well so all in all a 5 star service.

I ordered a collection of 3 orchids and expected three different varieties, as pictured. I received three identical plants. That’s hardly a “collection” is it?
