I was very impressed by Nova Blooms. The orchid I ordered was beautiful, excellent value for money and carefully boxed so it arrived with all the flowers and buds intact. I'll definitely be using them again.

We have been receiving a fruit and vegetables delivery every 2 weeks since the start of the first lockdown. Every delivery has been well packed, and the quality of the produce first class, if it hadn't of been, we would not have continued. I have contacted them by phone a couple of times, and both times have spoken to an extremely polite girl, making the experience an absolute pleasure. In times of uncertainty, you need to have trust in people to supply what you need, and Novablooms have done that perfectly. Many thanks to them.

Unfortunately the carrier, Yodel, delivered the flowers in a damaged box, which had obviously been left in the rain. The box was seriously compromised and the packaging within therefore not in the pristine condition we needed for our friends’ golden wedding anniversary. While not blaming Nova, I seriously question their choice of carrier. I contacted Nova who offered a discount on future orders but on the day this was a disappointment.

Hi I like the majority of the contents but disappointed that no seasonal variation. I would rather have parsnips than constant supply of cucumbers! Also pity that lettuce this week imported from Spain! Thought that the veg would be local produce. No more summer salads in November and never send me another kiwi fruit! But delivery is great excellent O
