Love the product; sometimes there are issues with (delayed) shipping but customer service is excellent in helping sort through any problems you might have.

The service is good. Customer service answers by mail and everything arrives. For New Zealand, in particular, I would recommend Cosmetics Now to update their delivery time (currently 4 to 6 business days) because I was in Auckland (I live 20 minutes from the airport) and my last purchase (3rd one) took pretty long to arrive there. It 7 business days (11 in total, it arrived in Auckland Airport already pretty late, on the 6th day) so do your maths and allow more days than it says, especially if you don't live in a big city. I move a lot between cities so I almost lost my purchase.
