The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Unable to accept blame for not one but two damaged baths. Then has the outright cheek to refuse delivery of a third.

We ordered the most beautiful sink and cabinet for our bathroom. The customer service we received was outstanding. Any query we had was responded to in a timely manner and super helpful.

What a brilliant company! Excellent communication and service whilst buying items for an ensuite bathroom: shower, shower tray, toilet vanity furniture and taps. Items delivered on time and with courtesy. I as the customer caused some problems changing my order twice but this was not a problem. I explained on the phone and was met with understanding. I cannot praise the company enough and fully recommend on price, quality and service!

Great products, as well as support, we had an issue due to faulty installation, and even though we were well out of warranty, Royal Bathrooms were more than accommodating and helped us with replacement parts needed.. Would use again.

We bought a shower tray and riser kit from royal bathrooms,the quality was fantastic and delivered early with plenty of communication from the seller,the delivery guy was also very helpful,when the en-suite is complete we will definitely be going back to them for our main bathroom supplies

Excellent product, has the whole shower package and Well packaged timely delivery and then to fit it... had to ask for a installation manual as plumber misplaced the installation instructions..(they were put in the new mirror cabinet-he forgot where he put them ;) a copy was sent immediately and the day was saved- shower installed that day and in use the next.. and it was fabulous... manythanx
