This company do not give a monkeys once they have your money. We bought a shower enclosure and base from their GRAND range. Nothing grand about it at all. At a guess I would say that it is cheap Chinese junk that they have re branded. The instructions and parts list are virtually illegible. We only discovered that we had seals missing when we asked them why our shower was leaking badly. And when they did send the seals they were a waste of time. When you complain to them all they say is that you have assembled it incorrectly and their favourite saying is ( A plumber would have known) I have been in the building trade for over 50 years and lost count of the number of showers I have fitted but quite honestly lost the will to live with these people. All they do is ask you how you did it then tell you it was the wrong way therefore no warenty. This is an online company shifting junk. Do not waste your money. They are a front for a business called Shafqat enterprises Ltd. Royal bathrooms are not a registered business even. Paid a lot of money for a sub standard product. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID!! Ordered Elana 1100mm wc/basin unit pictured, delivered and looks nothing at all like the colour on website, scratches through protective film, terrible build quality with mis-aligned unit sides and overtightened mis aligned bolts. Sent straight back for full refund, customer service only by email no telephone contact available, not a modern company and certainly do not show respect to you as a valued customer.

Excellent efficient service, products and delivery.

Easy ordering and excellent prices. Delivery was quick and the driver phoned when he was close to my home. On arrival he took my purchase to my garage and put it at the back as I requested. Nothing was too much trouble. This is my 2nd purchase from Royal Bathrooms and both times I have been very happy with the service.

DO NOT BUY from this company! Awful product quality and inaccurate measurement description. Ordered BTW toilet with a soft closing seat. Seat arrived cracked. Replacement seat arrived even more damaged and cracked. Second replacement arrived with broken fixings. They blamed the delivery company for everything… Toilet pan when fitted and tested turned out to be cracked inside. Replacement arrived also cracked even though they have assured me that it was quality checked. The pan also had fixing holes in a different place and flush inlet higher by 10mm… Second replacement came scratched but intact and with fixing holes being again in a different place and same story with the flush. Didn’t bother with another replacement and had to pay my plumber again to readjust all pipes and reinstall the pan. When I asked for compensation due to all additional cost I was told it was not covered under their warranty so only options were replacement or refund. Customer services were responsive but overall experience was terrible. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. I needed to exchange a shower screen months after it was bought, and Royal Bathrooms answered my email within an hour, and had collected and replaced the shower screen within a few days - completely fuss and hassle free. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with and all staff extremely helpful. Will definitely be using again.

Shower base Bought a shower base which was very high quality complete with trap. It was delivered well packaged and very quickly. Highly recommend and i would use again.
