Shoes too small and narrow…..nothing…
Shoes too small and narrow…..nothing like the Cotswold Salford shoes I bought years ago. Possibly not made abroad then as they are now.
Royal Mail 30 day investigation.
Ordered a pair of boots on the 25th July with the 1-3 days delivery service as I needed them for the next again week. No show, so went out and bought a pair and when the boots would arrive, I'd send them back and get a refund. It is now the 11th August and nothing. Countless emails saying very little. Today, recieved an email saying Royal Mail is investigating and that will be another 30 days! And won't be doing any refunds until they finish an investigation. Won't order from again.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hassle returning the boots that were falling apart and I was given credit on a new pair. They also give a discount to local people. Cannot fault them
Poor customer service …
I have worn Cotswold wellies for years so thought I’d buy them from source. I ordered the same size as my previous boots but when then arrived both sets were around 2.5 cm shorter in the footbed than the ones they were replacing. I thought that I could return them free for replacements but saw that neither of these options were available and I needed to pay postage for return (£8.39) I called customer services who said “your other boots must be another size” and refused to help. On receiving my refund, I was further surprised to see that original postage cost of them sending the boots to me had been taken off. This experience has soured my attitude of the company and will be looking elsewhere to replace my outgoing boots.
Avoid at all cost
I emailed Costwold shoes to tell them that these shoes were essentially faulty and not as described on their website. And i sent them back kicking the faulty reason for return. Well well i got my money back today even though the slippers were faulty they took out the VAT and shipping (£8) out of my refund!!! + it cost me £6 to return the slippers (signer for as they would have found a reason not to refund me) so in total i have lost £12 for the privilege of trying these not fit for purpose slippers! And they never responded to my email even though they do say to email them if their customer have a querie about their order. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING AND VAT!!!!!!!
