From the initial contact we had with Online Bedrooms to fully completing the assembly everything went smooth and effortless. I followed the steps on the website, sent over some dimensions and what style of wardrobe we would like. Within 24 hours Charley had been in touch with a plan of how it would look in our space. We then spoke with Charley over video chat and she gave us some really useful advice to make the wardrobes work better for us. A few more changes over the next couple of days and we ordered. Within 3 weeks the wardrobes were delivered by a very helpful driver who helped me bring the wardrobes inside. I checked over all the items and they were very well packaged and with no items missing. We then followed the installation instructions and within no time the wardrobes were complete. The actual quality of the wardrobes are fantastic, very sturdy and the pre drilled holes made life easy when installing the draws, shelves and rails. You can tell these are made to last. Throughout the process I had regular contact with Katy who would keep me updated with what would be happening next, Katy was very quick at responding to emails, and always had the answer. Thank you for great service and a great product. I will definitely be back.

We cannot rate our experience of Kessler Kitchens highly enough. From initial contact, design and throughout the build process, the staff have all been so helpful and given us a top spec, fantastic kitchen. Our designer Richard guided us at ever stage, giving us helpful direction in our choices and making numerous design tweaks to give us just what we wanted. He also liaised with our builder over several months to ensure that everything was in place for the kitchen to be fitted and he made a number of follow up visits during and after installation to check we were completely satisfied. Our builder said it was the best quality kitchen he's seen and we couldn't be happier with the finished result.

I’d have no idea what that was like, given that you haven’t bothered responding to me, after filling in online measurements and then sending a follow up email weeks later. You may well be busy, broken machines, staff off sick, blah, blah, but ignoring potential customers is business suicide. No doubt you’ll be quick to respond to this, uttering platitudes and banalities…you might want to put the same efforts into responding elsewhere * update * This company have asked for ‘more details’ or trustpilot, being the cowards they are, will remove this review. I used YOUR online contact form, therefore, it doesn’t show in my sent items. I’m guessing you totally ignore lots of these, making it difficult for you to guess which ones are mine. Maybe you shouldn’t ignore any, radical thinking, I know. So it appears your way of addressing negative feedback, like wren kitchens, is to bully trustpilot into removing reviews you don’t like. Great product, easy to assemble, some joinery skills required but she's really pleased and I'm basking!

Looking for a custom wardrobe to fit an alcove I was very impressed by the experience of working with Online Bedrooms. They had a solution to a high ceiling, shallow depth alcove. Plans were prepared and adjusted by Amy - delivered earlier than stated. An extra door handle was needed - it arrived the next day! You do need reasonable DIY skills or some help (e.g. cutting the trim to size with a circular saw) and I did adjust the installation once I could see how it would fit. Very pleased with the results

I don't normally leave reviews because I'm simply too lazy to write them! In the case of Online Bedrooms however, I felt compelled to write an endorsement as the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The communication from their team was fantastic (in particular, Katy who was managing the communication on our purchase and installation). Nothing was too much trouble (e.g. moving installation dates / changing design ideas etc). We're super happy with the final product, and all for half the price of quotations we received from Hammonds / Sharps etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family, and would certainly be using them again if we decide to purchase another set of fitted wardrobes.

Very good communication and took time to make sure the design was what we wanted before finalisation. The units are very sturdy and seem very durable, a lot of space for what we needed.

A wonderful service with great customer service. After the initial enquiry, we received a phone call from a member of the team who discussed design details and was on hand to make any alterations to our design. Being a little bit clueless - we were extremely grateful of their expert knowledge and experience and the whole process was simple and enjoyable. The only thing that could have improved it was a more detailed self build plan to help us during the DIY build - more of a step by step process. But we would still highly recommend and would absolutely use again. Thank you to online bedrooms.
