Delivery of dryer was as arranged no delays very happy.

I ordered a fridge freezer on nov 29th this week to be told it’s ‘stuck on a ship’ those were her exact words I could wait or ask for a refund so I requested a refund and was told this had to be done by email..I emailed the company got a call back which went to voicemail and I’ve been unable to get hold of them since it states on their phone line they’re busy and to email or leave a message I’ve done both and now the emails are being returned saying that the address doesn’t exist but I sent one to it the other day and it worked fine I just want a refund I understand they’re busy but I’ve been trying to sort this for a week now it’s just not good enough

Ordered KG SBSWD2020S American Style Fridge Freezer on the 30th of November after being made aware of the availability between 10-14 days. Made the mistake of ordering as guest although all contact details put in for payment. Then received no receipt of payment although the money was quick to come out of my bank account. Since then I have made repeated contact with no reply. I am aware of the current situation and time of year but some form of contact would’ve been nice to at least confirm the order and then let me know of the delay. Currently I don’t know if I have lost the money or if it will still come at some point. Not usually one for bad reviews on websites but felt as a last resort they may respond to this and get in touch.

No complaints from me. Ordered KG tv and it arrived in the 6 days stated for delivery. Great smart TVs and price is a bargain.

Ordered KG Fridge Freezer on 5th Dec. Email exchange as follows- AG - "We can guarantee that your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days from 7th December". Hi, can you give me an update on delivery please? It is now 7 working days from 7th Dec and I have not yet received my order. "Thank you for contacting us, your order is due to arrive with you next week before Christmas" What happened to the guaranteed within 7 working days delivery? "We apologise for any inconvenience with these delays; however, I can confirm your order will be with you next week before Christmas". Rang hotline yesterday to be told it probably won't be delivered in time for Christmas. Not happy at all! Emailed them to demand full refund but no reply, then received phone call telling me January 8th was now the expected delivery date or I could have a full refund. I chose the latter and was told they would action full refund immediately, so will give it the standard 3-5 working days for refund to show in bank account to see if they can keep their word on that. Refund paid in full and within 3 days so, fair enough.

Quality Fridge freezers and price was cheap

Reasonably priced home appliances. Received a good service everything from buying to delivery was handled smoothly.

Prices are cheap and products high quality. Couldn’t ask for more
