Service was great. Quick delivery times and cheap prices if your buying a washing machine.

Communication is very poor. I havent heard anything since the first email saying they had my order. I expected delivery in a few days but were now over 9 days in!

No problems at all when ordering a cooker hob. Delivered on time and good service

I ordered a fridge freezer which was due to be delivered within two weeks. After I ordered I received a message to say it would take 4 weeks to deliver. My tenant needs the freezer for Christmas so I wrote to cancel the order and get a refund. I have since written twice more and have had no response.

I have now bought a number of appliances from this supplier. The service is excellent.

They state they have things in stock when they clearly don’t. Request refund
