I was in urgent need of a new dish washer came across this site. Ordering was simple and prices cheap.

Items arrived with no delays. Quick service when ordered online.

I ordered 2 items a Hoover and washing machine. Decent price and quick delivery.

Item that was shown as in stock and ready to delivery was actually not in stock and couldn't be delivered. Not a huge problem as these things happen, but the refund process was made more difficult than I feel it should have been (especially considering the fault was with them), and the number to contact them is an expensive 0844 number. Not the worst service by any stretch, but enough to put me off using them in future when there are plenty of other companies with better service.

Very quick and efficient service. Ordered a new cooker hob, delivered within 4 days.

Item was unavailable though was not told this when Appliance Group took my money. Wrote continuously asking why the status of the product had not changed over an extended timeframe, without response. When I rang the telephone number, they charge at a higher rate was told it could be a further four weeks before they could source a dishwasher readily available elsewhere. They haven’t refunded my money yet and I am still waiting.

Quick, accurate service. Purchased a new washing machine and saved £90 in Black Friday deal.
