no refund
36 days still no refund slight delay !!! it does not take 36 days to refund £889.14 of my money. Your own website states 5 to 7 days for a refund come on get this sorted dreadful way to treat people.

Thought it was weird when they asked me to write a “positive review” after just taking my order. Two months later, I called to ask where the freezer was. They said “sorry we were going to call you” (they didn’t have my #, only email) & there was another delay of at least a month. I realized this is what the reviews warned about so I was cancelling right away. They said they were having so many cancellations, it may take awhile longer for me to get my refund. Save yourself aggravation and buy elsewhere. PS: It’s been weeks and I’m STILL waiting for my refund! Francesca said she’d get back to me today but of COURSE I didn’t hear back. I’m forced to CONTINUE to beg to get my money back. I’ll let you know if it ever happens.

Ordered a fridge freezer beginning of Feb was told delivery be 10 days 4 weeks later no joy...fobbed off saying been a problem with stock asked for refund fobbed off yet again saying probs with payment refund process, said they would pay by BACS given details over a week ago and still waiting...they now have 24hrs to refund or seeking legal advice n trading standards be contacted about this discusting company.....AVOID!!!

43 days ago I bought my fridge freezer and as many people they only answer me when they want and their answer is the same "they are going to send it this week and that there is high demand." They should have more consideration with people because we do not buy it for pleasure, if not for necessity. Please give us a solution if it is a matter of transport, I can collect it personally but give us an address that is all.

Avoid at all costs. Out of stock and delayed stock is all the answers I was given when I emailed. Have now escalated for a refund and been told it takes 5 days.... I will see in a few days if I get my refund or not. If I don't I will be going straight to trading standards about this company to get my refund. Absolutely livid that this company have taken advantage of so many people and families like myself that need the items they have paid for!!

I’ve been waiting for my fridge freezer for 2.5 months now. I’ve sent 32 e mails They rarely respond and just advise me that they’re out of stock They have held onto my money despite offering a refund!! Avoid this company They blamed the entire situation which took 3 months on Brexit and Covid. Very poor excuse : contacting a customer via e mail is not affected. It seems 30 percent of their customers have had the same experience as me. BTW these negative experiences date back prior to Covid or Brexit!! They take orders in full knowledge that they have no stock. Very poor service

Cancelled delivery for the 2nd time
Ordered a fridge freezer 4th feb, was supposed to be delivered last week never got it due to their delivery company refusing to bring it to my flat then arranged another delivery for today they have gave me a date I took the day off work then to find that my delivery has been cancelled by the same delivery company can’t get anyone on the phone been told to email customer service on phone is a joke useless want my refund back in my bank tomorrow! Complete joke of a company
Laughable, evidence of cash issues...
Laughable, and shambolic approach to business. Ordered item in January with 72 hour delivery. Never arrived despite many email lies from the business. Asked for a refund. Many weeks later, no refund. Took to bombarding them with phone calls. Without going into detail, the way refund has been processed and the fact the payment systems are "down" would strongly suggest you avoid them like the plague.
