Ipek was great as was furkan ... Waited 8 months for my teeth to be done my last visit was for 8 days and i had my final fitting on the 7th day .. i would of liked to of had them in a few days before i had to leave but other then that all went well n finally i have teeth.. As i said ipek always helped me when needed ...furkans English is very well too.also i have to say ceren really looked after me aswell checking n booking my transfer from airport.

What made my experience great was the most amazing patient co-ordinator I could have ever asked for…The one and only Bariș…I don’t really know where to start but I will start from the beginning when I first met him he made me feel listened to, safe and met all of my needs and beyond. I have never seen someone work so hard to make sure people are happy and satisfied every single day with a smile on his face always. I feel like with out Bariș looking after me my experience would not of been as good as it was. Thanks to him I was able to not panic and be assured at all times. Always responsive to any messages and always making sure I was ok and brought me food and drink I just thought that was so kind. I had some lows when I was in pain and I felt like I was always looked after even better by him to make sure I was ok again..I feel like he needs a raise within his job title he’s that good… I hope he is as noticed by his team at how hard he works as I have because he definitely keeps a lot of patients calm at bad times. Thank you for everything you did for me. I would want Bariș as my co-ordinator when I come back at the end of the year and I recommend any one booking if they can to have Bariș... I absolutely love Mono Clinic and I can’t praise my surgeon Dr Erin enough, I’ve found a surgeon I would always go back to now and again he is such a lovely person who has done an amazing job with my liposuction. The whole team have been amazing from the start from when I first spoke with Ceren Via WhatsApp to help booking everything with me she was always alert and responsive very fast to any questions I had before heading out for my procedure, Ceren also was very helpful when I had to change my flights once or twice and made sure everything went smoothly I would be happy to have her again to help :) See you guys when I am back at the end of the year. I was so nervous coming from the uk, but I’ve had so many friends who loved mono and all I can say is the same! What a great experience I had, I had breast uplift and enlargement and I’m now 6 weeks post op and I’m in love with the results. Thankyou mono clinic, you’ve made my life so different and I’m so confident now. My English speaking host Furkan helped me somuch along the way, he was also really chatty and funny and made me feel so comfortable. He is a great assset to the team, Thankyou for being so helpful💖

Really happy with my experience my only complaint would be waiting times for appointments but that can't always be helped! My teeth are amazing and I'm really happy with the work, i had crowns done and no complications :)

I can honestly say that whatever you may think of mono clinic, my personal experience with them was nothing short of fantastic. From the whole team that supported me. Bathuhan and Ahmed who organised the whole thing for me and answered all of my questions in a very quick time, to Bursa who sorted out all of my accommodation and made sure I was well looked after, to Fatima who was my personal co ordinator who made sure I was always where I was supposed to be and was nothing short of brilliant with us, and also the dentist Dr Burak who is a gifted dentist who done my teeth perfectly and I haven’t stopped smiling since. The crowns he gave me have been fantastic and he has gave me perfect aftercare that I need. Bathuhan, Ahmed, Bursa, Fatima and Dt Burak made my experience fantastic and it would not of been the same without them

I have just returned from Izmir after having 360 lipo, tummy tuck and arm lift. On the whole the experience was positive, only a couple of things that I struggled with but these are minor compared to the whole experience and care given to me. I would suggest that more time is given for the first consultation, the signing of documents and making payment etc. If the surgeon could be part of this I think it would be beneficial and mean that all procedures can be discussed immediately. You need to confirm that everything you discussed prior to flying on WhatsApp/emails is on your notes before paying. Also remember one of the reasons you are having surgery in Turkey is the cost. Understand that you have to be ok with the way they work, it is a business after all, or have it done in the UK. My surgeon Deniz Yıldırım was fantastic ❤️honest, caring and understood exactly what I wanted from my surgery. I am very happy with the results and looking forward to them improving even more once I’m healed. Please ensure you take his advice and do your ‘homework’. The hotel was lovely 🤩, staff friendly and helpful. Transfers are comfortable and friendly too. ☺️ Make sure you have a companion with you, they are included in the price and are looked after too. In hindsight I should have probably not had a combined surgery (arms and tummy) as the first 48 hours after surgery were very very difficult for me. I was in theatre for a long time and I know a lot of people were involved in my surgery, I am grateful to them for looking after me and being friendly 🥰 The hospital is very clean 🧼 Last but not least the best part of our trip was the staff from the clinic! Our coordinator Barış is the most amazing guy ❤️the kindest person you will meet and so so helpful throughout our week with Mono! He was there to answer questions, he speaks very good English and is extremely caring. Thank you Barış for everything, you and your colleagues are wonderful 😍 My daughter and I have met a friend for life and we hope to meet you someday in the UK 🇬🇧 Barış helped us with so much, explained everything and made sure I was in good hands at all times. You will be so lucky if he is looking after you but they are all so lovely and really want your stay to be as comfortable as possible ❤️ Beste thank you for arranging everything for me 🤩 If you are keen on having cosmetic surgery in Turkey 🇹🇷 then I would 100% recommend Mono Clinic 🌟

Baris went above and beyond for me during my stay at mono. Nothing was too much. I had a bad experience with Mono clinic itself and my coordinator Fatima and manager Emrah both so unhelpful! . But Baris helped me so much he made my time here bareable. He was available 24/7 to fix all problems. He even donated his own blood for one of his patients with a rare blood type! How amazing is that!! Baris should be given a higher paid position because he deserves it his care and compassion is outstanding . Baris is a credit to this company and his country ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came home yesterday from mono clinic, surgery went well and I’m very happy so far, the aftercare has been great, Baris has been fantastic, and always ready to help with anything. You can message anytime about anything and he would be there to help. He made the experience so much easier and better.
