So far the service has been fantastic, 24 hour support so when I've needed help with anything I've got through to very helpful staff. Constant updates and use of the online tracker too keep up to date with the progress. Driver who delivered our move cube was fantastic.

The booking process was straightforward and the quote was reasonably priced. I used my own boxes and luggage, and the guidance provided was also very useful - especially on the online documentation and if there were any errors, the support team was responsive and ensured that I was notified promptly. Booking the collection was easy and the agent was friendly / easy to speak to. I sorted the call easily in under 20 minutes and am satisfied with the process from start to the collection. I’m also grateful that they have provided periodic updates - eg status of my belongings being loaded to the container, etc.

I found your company when I was doing a search regarding relocating from Perth Western Australia to Alberta Canada and the move cube grabbed my attention. From the start of the process right up until the move cube landed in Vancouver the services was a solid 9/10. Unfortunately after arriving in Canada the service was pretty much non existent unless we called and asked a question which prompted an email response from Sevenseas. We were fully aware that we needed to report to the customs office in Vancouver to clear our goods. We were prepared for the 28hr round trip, what we weren't prepared for was having to do it two weeks in a row, once to clear customs and the second to pick up our goods. The fact that you cant speak to anyone in Vancouver is a disgrace, there was absolutely no effort on Sevenseas behalf to help us resolve this issue and try to get it done in one day. Fast forward to the following week, we arrive at the storage facility at 9am to pick up our stuff, as communicated with customer service, only to discover that our stuff isn't actually at the location we were given by Customer Service. We were handed a phone number to call to find out where our stuff was located. What in the world is that all about??? What sort of treasure hunt had we bought into??. We call the number to find out where we had to go get our stuff and were told, not to worry its only 4 minutes away... Seriously now??? We were given the address and promptly headed to the warehouse. When we arrive at the warehouse I had to walk around the warehouse looking for someone to help me. After about 15min we got the move cube out to the loading dock and were able to load our vehicle and hit the road for the long drive back. I know that 15min doesn't sound like a long time but we have just lost approx. an hour due to our stuff not being where we were told it would be. The customs officer told us we could pick the stuff up from the bonded warehouse, all we had to do was take the clearance paperwork to the warehouse, in hindsight, we question whether it would have been worth just picking up the cube, emptying it and discarding the cube... On another matter, I would like to warn everyone to check they are not being charged for storage which will be caused by a system error. Question all extra charges.

Missed Expectations and Lack of Communication
I chose this shipping company based on their stellar online reviews, hoping for a smooth international move from Singapore to Thailand. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Key Issues: Extreme Shipping Delays: What was initially quoted as a standard 60 to 71-day shipping timeline has stretched to potentially 4-5 months. The shipment has not arrived yet after more than 90 days after the boxes where picked up and 81 days since the paperwork was accepted. And in order to get here will still have at least 20 to 30 days more. Complete Lack of Proactive Communication: No updates were provided unless I directly inquired by calling or emailing. My critical shipment containing work materials and personal items is now likely to arrive in late January 2025, and it was shipped since early September. Paperwork Efficiency Ignored: Despite submitting all required documents promptly, I've experienced inexplicable delays. While I understand shipping complications can occur and the policies and agrreements are clear as for the "unexpected delays" the total absence of transparent, timely communication is unacceptable. The company adheres strictly to their policy, but at the cost of customer experience and trust. Recommendation: If predictability and communication are important to you, look elsewhere. This company prioritizes policies over customer service.
