Good customer services

I used the service to transport items from London to Singapore. It was fuss-free from London side. Not so much at Singapore site. Nil updates of delay compared to dates given at London side. Delay for 1 month. Lack of clarity of when to make payment for Singapore taxes. Had to check on my account myself. Person came in 30min earlier than agreed time of when someone will be available at home. Had to push it in myself.

Shoutout to Marvin Meyers who had to cart my 14 boxes from the gate of my estate to my house because the truck did not fit through the gate. Marvin had to do twice the work because of this situation and did not complain, but was upbeat and friendly! Marvin gets 5 stars. The shipment was slow--it doesn't make a lot of sense to go through Hong Kong when there is a much more direct route from Oregon USA to Johannesburg, South Africa, but I was warned it could take up to four months (it took a bit more than that) so I guess that's fair.

I stumbled across Seven Seas when I was googling how to ship large items from an estate to the beneficiary. I had various questions and the staff always got back to me promptly and politely. They are professional and knowledgeable. The box drop off and pick up was done within one week.

I needed to move all my sentimentals back to the UK and the process has been really easy and efficient. Stress free and great value, what more do you need?

Everything is going well, but Sevenseas should warn hidden traps such as the necesity of an address and phone number at the destination. If people are going to move, it's not always evident that they have an address abroad at the stage of packing.

After a months delay for delivery due to insufficent capacity our Movecube arrived at our house in England with the cube right at the back of the truck. There was a lone driver who advised we were not allowed to enter the truck due to legalities and he was to pass all items to us. When we loaded the Movecube there were 2 seven seas representatives. Naturally he couldn't manage all items alone and broke some in full view. When asked about the breakages he responded in saying it wasn't him and he is only the driver. Unfortunately it seems once all is paid and cleared they drop the ball on customer service. Not only have they left us with a bad taste but more unnecesary adminitration to process a claim which in itself will be a long drawn out issue when just arriving in a new country.

Absolutely flawless experience from quote to pick up to delivery in our new country. Prices are great and the tracker allows you to see progress every step of the way. It was just so easy. I will recommend seven seas to everyone.
