My friend recommended Seven Seas and I can happily said she was right! Not only their rates are competitive, the process was clear and easy, they help you along the way, I can always find them when I need to contact them via phone or email or Line. All in all, great experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat next time I relocate!

The process was simple and mostly online so easy to do by myself. Once shipped you can track the ship all the way between ports. The staff collecting and delivering were very friendly and considerate with all our personal belongings. Only negative point being that our goods were in country for a month but could not be delivered due to a shortage of delivery vehicles. Overall a great service provider.

China-side was very helpful, every step of the way. They responded quickly to all of my uncertainties via WeChat, and communication in English was excellent. Phoebe was a godsend. I do have some worries about the US-side of the delivery. The delivery was scheduled for December 2nd, but instead arrived on Friday, November 29th. My mother was not prepared to receive the boxes so early and was surprised by this. She also reported that the UPS delivery man was not willing to help move the boxes inside. Thankfully, my brother-in-law was able to help my mother later in the evening, but my boxes stayed outside for quite a while due to this.

What a pathetic company!!! I would NOT recommend them!! Very little to NO communication! YOU have to phone to get updates and then every time somebody gives you another lie! It has been almost 3 months since we started and my cube has not even moved!

Seven Seas is very responsive with great online service to answer any questions. The packing material supplied by them including the additional boxes I purchased made all the difference. The team that came to collect and help pack my container were incredible - they were very knowledgeable and helped with making sure that the use of space was maximised

User friendly web system. And some of the CS very helpful and nice. The worker come to collect boxes for packing the MoveCube also is very good guys, just not very professional on fit in the box into the Cube. Except this I m so happy with the service.
