It is hard to change the boxes collection date online by myself, but the customer service is nice and helpful, he helped me to change it in quickly

The online support was excellent, everytime I called my query was resolved. The agents were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was sleek and hassle free. The drivers were considerate and very friendly. The only thing I would say is that the dimensions of the MoveCube are deceiving, I thought it would be smaller than what actually arrived hence did not end up filling the cube completely which I felt was a waste of space therefore money.....but next time I would know better 😁
