Most of the meals are tasty and very green. Delivery is on time. Why I reduced the score is because many products are very spicy and chilli cannot be excluded from the meals. Also some meals are far too salty.

Very impressed with the customer service. The team have been so responsive and helpful I couldn’t recommend a better service. The food is such great quality ready to eat and delivered very conveniently and reliably.

I think this is overall a good concept with high quality ingredients, but I personally need more flexibility with drinks/snacks which wasn’t available.

Good price and great delivery. However I find meals are a bit repetitive but it beats cooking and planning your own macros. While most meals are good and have a decent flavour chicken breasts are always overcooked and the breakfasts are a little disappointing.

It is a really convenient service and I've really enjoyed the meals so far. It has saved me a lot of time on food prep. On top of this, customer service is great and speedy.

Really tasty meals, definitely recommend if you are struggling to manage your calorie intake as it takes all the work out of it! Delivery is always on time, each morning which sets me up perfectly for the day.

App UI is not functional e.g. pausing an order which you have already paid for and then when you want to resume it appears as if you haven’t already ordered. Your pricing is not transparent. The deliveries come at unorthodox times with no real standardised approach to delivery.

Fresh Fitness Food was advertised at the block of flats I live at so thought I’d give it a go using their “trial” period. There was no viable way of the food actually being delivered (there was no special arrangement with the concierge who does not accept perishable goods, or safe place to leave it) so it was left out on the street. This service should not have been advertised here with no delivery solution in place. Signing up to a trial also signs you up to an ongoing subscription without making clear that this is what you are actually signing up to. Charges started appearing on my account and when I asked for them to be refunded, I was told that it was policy to deduct 10% by means of an admin fee. The food is actually ok - expensive but ok. The service and logistics are unreliable and frankly a nightmare which causes a lot of stress and hassle. I feel like I’ve been scammed by this company.
