I got ill unexpectedly and had to seek medical advice during my trip. I made a claim on the following day of my doctor’s visit. Only five hours later I received a message informing me my claim has been accepted. The message also read it would take between 3 and 5 business day for the money to appear on my bank account, but I received them already the next day. Extremely happy with the speed and quality of the service!

Fast processing of claim. I was sick in Bangkok in Thailand and went to the hospital. I have then make claim to the true traveller and it was approved within 1 bussiness day.
