This is not a Travel Insurance Company this an amazing company who has the human touch ! During my time on holiday they have been outstanding through the support of the Coronavirus pandemic and reassuring will aspects of the insurance policy and shouts out to Craig to who was excellent.

In comparison to competition, very simple to use. I like that the info for each individual aspect of the policy is searchable immediately next to the item. We'd all like everything to be cheaper, but at least you don't get a bundle of extra taxes when it comes to payment. I hope it's just as easy should a claim ever need to be made. Recommended. Thumbs up.

*Updated* - I recently made a claim for unexpected medical costs and True Traveller settled my claim quickly and efficiently. I plan to renew my insurance with them next month. I have heard great things about True Traveller and found the procedure of booking my insurance very straight forward. The prices are very reasonable and the different options are made clear. The site is easy to navigate. I haven't had to make a claim yet (fingers crossed the day never comes!) but I trust the company.
