True Traveller has an excellent, simple, easy to read and understand website. It is easy to use and if you need any help then the online chat works well with well informed and friendly staff. They have options to cover so many things and understand that people may well do a one way trip, so helpful! Will definitely recommend to others.

great company, easy to deal with and fair pricing

Just taken out my 5th or 6th policy with True Traveller. Always use them for my high altitude expeditions as there are varying heights they'll cover for. And they'll cover my pre-existing medical conditions. So far (touch wood) I've never had to make a claim

I used it on 2different occasions, once for Russia, once for Canada, both times it went flawless. Their support team is always there when you need them.

I got a quote from True Traveller that got emailed to me. I had a few queries on it so called in and the person on the end of the phone was so helpful. They answered immediately and clarified all my questions. Working in customer service myself I appreciate good customer service and True Traveller did not disappoint.

Was recommended True Traveller from other people I've met on travelling, and it has not disappointed so far! It's easy to tailor a coverage to my own personal taste and the adventure pack in particular suits my needs. Haven't made a claim yet but my experience so far has been excellent.
