Items I ordered out of stock. No one answers phone. Shocking. Customer services rude when I finally got through. If you do not have the items in stock and do not have confirmed date that they will be in your warehouse they should not be available to order from your website.

Ordered a item yesterday morning and I received it day after. Great service. The only thing Is the no information about if the item been dispatched.

Most of the delivery arrived promptly but 2 items were missing. I emailed to inform SP but haven't had a reply in the last 7 days or so. The website is a wee bit clunky until you know where to find things. However, delivery is prompt and ordering is easy once you find what you need.

A very fast delivery, with only two small issues stopping this from being a 5 star grade. No postage update telling me the item had been dispatched or when it was due. Other companies provide this information with their standard delivery cost. One of the item's outer packaging was damaged during transit, the item itself was not broken. Apart from those thank you

Generally I can get what ever I need for SP but when it comes to paediatric defib pads I seem to struggle and end up going elsewhere. :0)
