My ambulance station has been waiting on an order we placed for parabag bags on your website over 3 months ago. You do realise your customers are in the emergency services and don't expect to be kept waiting? Amazon can deliver within 12-24 hours, DS Medical, Medisave and Medtree all deliver in around 1-2 days, what's your excuse that's unique to you and not them? Seems like all the recent reviews show that things have gone downhill since lots of the old staff like Jane Wilson have left the company. We have always relied on SP but not any longer.

So, ordered books for Christmas the money was taken on the 23rd November £22.50. No communication from the company and they have my payment, what's going on

I placed my order on the 1st of December 2021. Today is the 11th of December 2021. Doesn't appear it has been dispatched let alone delivered. Very disappointed.
