Waited a week for my delivery only to…

Waited a week for my delivery only to find out they don't have my products in stock and won't have for many weeks. They didn't contact me, I had to chase them before finding out. Apparently the website doesn't show live stock it just a catalogue and therefore if I need something 'I should have called before placing my order to check availability'.......all good, but they took my money despite not being able to fulfill the order!!

Over 4 months and no updates...

I bought items on 10 July. I was told two items were out of stock and I would receive the bandages in August and the Parabag in September. I contacted them at the end of September as I had not received either. It is now the end of November and I have still not received these items and they make no attempt to keep you updated. In addition to this, I have spent a total of around £550 with them since early 2019 and there is not one loyalty point on my account. I have been very patient, but this is too appalling to bear.

ITEMS NOT IN STOCK, NO UPDATE

Ordered some items two weeks ago. I needed them in a hurry. 1. I rang them up as college of paramedics state to get discount only to get someone not interested in taking my order over the phone but told me to do it on the net ! 2. I placed my order for a couple of items whilst also ordering items on Amazon and the Resus Council. The items from Amazon came next day the Resus Council books 2 days later. 3. I have heard nothing for nearly two weeks from SP Services so rang them to find out they dont even have the items in stock! What ? Really? You never thought to tell me that? Your customer service is apauling! 4. Both the items I ordered were out of stock with no clear date of when I would get them. One item apparently still being shipped from …..? The other item a book they apparently cant get…..! And just when were you going to tell me? You know, in most areas of business this is shocking enough but in the emergency care business this is just not good enough. Now, I even asked for alternatives to the SP product I had bought, yet there was non , no different colour etc…. Now if you were SP Services would you not say I’m really sorry can we perhaps offer you an alternative bag at no extra cost or can we perhaps do something as you have been messed about ……nothing! Yet again poor customer service. I told the person on the phone I could only put this on social media , so SP Services had the chance to reply to this problem at the time. So, if they now reply with an apology, sorry apologies aren’t good enough. Ive been waiting for the order when I could have bought similar and cheaper from other sources. I provide emergency medical care and do my utmost for my patients, its a shame SP services doesn’t do the same for its customers! I have a choice where I purchase…..I will think long and hard before I consider SP Services again…. Edit in response to SP Services. 1. you could have said we dont have this item (bag) but you have lots of others ...but no my guess is as they may be slightly more expensive ... 2. you never tried you didnt even care when i rang you....you fobbed me off to the website ...so to be clear is the College of Paramedics wrong to say ring you...? in which case you need to get your act together and sort the details out.. it really does smack of a lack of care...everyone knows your not exactly cheap so perhaps think you might have good service unfortunately this isnt the case is it!

SP Service

I have not used SP Services during the pandemic as most of the work I do was cancelled. Whenever I have used SP Services I have found the customer service person to be extremely polite and knowledgeable about the products they sell. To me that is 5 star service
