Does anyone answer the phone?!

Has anyone actually ever managed to speak to someone here?! Keep sending me an invoice when ive not so much as spoken to them. Have taken my business elsewhere now! Review - As requested by Dunham Hale I am updating my review. Having called both the london and manchester office numerous times last week and now this week, left a total of 4 voicemails and sent 2 emails I have still not received a response from them. It is only now that I have left the 1 star review that someone seems to have responded. I have tried using all 3 options on the phone numbers mentioned on their website each time I use an option it does 1 ring then says something along the lines of ‘sorry our team are busy helping others’ and gives me the option to leave a voicemail (which I have). Will be interesting to see if I get a call back from my voicemails or emails? Find it hard to understand how a company operates like this. The reason I originally wanted to use them was because they had lots of great reviews, not sure where people are getting this great customer service.

Survey was arranged quickly. Junior black was the assigned surveyor. He spoke on the phone to explain the report afterwards and suggested for further checks. Overall a positive experience with this company so far.

Very detailed professional L3 RICS survey

Dunham Hale produced a very professional detailed RICS L3 survey for a property I’m nearing completion on purchasing, the survey gave me confidence to progress the purchase of the property however I do feel the survey was off the mark in places with me knowing that the property is not of a traditional build. Probate valuation 240094

Devon completed a probate survey. He let me know that he was on the way and turned up on time. Wore over shoes protectors before he came in. The whole process was made very easy from start to finish.
