We got a Level 3 survey from this company and the report came back with the wrong Radon level numbers. This mistake on their side did make us change our mind about the property. Only after we withdrew our offer we realised that the numbers on the survey report were wrong, thus we contacted the company asking for a refund but we couldn't get any answers regarding our request. After 5,5 months, we are still expecting an answer from them.

Recently used Dunham Hale for a survey of a Grade 2 listed property. I was very pleased with how smooth the process was and received the report quickly. Junior Black was really helpful and we had a few phone calls to discuss my concerns with a couple of issues. One point I did miss was that it was extra to pay for the property to be valued, I think I missed the option to add this and assumed it was included. We have now purchased the property and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again, especially with Junior doing the report.

They were easy to communicate with, always got back to me promptly and in a friendly manner, they were happy to deal with the estate agents too, they turned up when they said they were going to and the survey was very thorough.
