Pushy sales bad service
So difficult to get hold of anyone. Lots of hidden fees via elavon . Cancelled several times but still getting payment requests . When you do get through to someone have to go through a long list of ‘safety’ questions even asking for the address to send back the terminal was being asked time wasting questions .. yes definitely avoid to save your sanity!

I have never had such bad service, my machine stoped working so could not take payments , spent two hours over two day trying everything asked of me only left phone call because I was needed in business after the first 54 minutes, have phoned twice since was promised a call back but have not received.

On the 14th March I spoke to RMS to initiate yet another new card reader and we had the same problem. 15th March I was supposed to get a call from supervisor Junaid at 09:00. He did not call I called RMS at 09:30 and got Riya Walmiki, who helped me before. After explaining what had happened she said she would look into it and call back. Which she did within 10mins, we re booted the card reader nd the problem was solved! Wonderful lady. I've only given one star because I can't do a review with no stars! After my review of the 9th Feb things have got worse. Waiting for third machine, where the problem lies with different people trying to fix problem remotely saying what the trouble is, without looking at previous notes nor listening to me when , but just make the situation worse. Now been without card reader for 4 days, and a weekend!
