AVOID this company!!

AVOID this company!!! My card machine has been down for 4 days. I have tried every day for hours and hours on hold and no one answers both the technical helpline or the customer service lines. I have emailed them and have no answer. I have even emailed a direct employee (the one that set us up) and asked for their help in getting someone to contact us. She has not replied either. I am currently on hold to their sales line and guess what…NO ANSWER!!! I run a small business that is struggling as it is and this week have lost so much money in sales. How is it fair that they continue to charge me for a machine I cannot use!! Please avoid RMS as they will not help when things go wrong!

When things go wrong they go horribly wrong

We use a virtual terminal and NONE of the overnight payments have been debited and we havent received our money this morning. When you call it says they arent open - but the opening hours are from 8.30am. Most of the time they are great but when it goes wrong, it goes horribly wrong

Terrible Customer Service & Hidden Costs

Never even used their terminal as the promised setup/installation support never happened, with each appointment being canceled. Despite this I've been charged £100 month for over a year. Have now been told that the terminal equipment I was originally told I bought - for just under £400 - is not mine and the £400 was some kind of down payment on the rental. Customer service have told me today after a 15 min wait that they are having serious system problems and are 'mostly working on pen and paper at the moment'. Yes you heard that right. He said my complaint and refund request were being sent to the complaints department as he wasn't able to do anything himself. Impossible to maintain a relationship with them as two successive reps left the company, and long waits for a ridiculously ineffective customer support.

do not go with this company, my card reader wont accept payments, 4 DAYS i have been trying to get through to their customer services. Absolute joke i have lost so much business because of this, to top things off their recorded message says there open Saturday 9 till 5 guess what CLOSED all-day. Please spread the word this company has no customer services

Terrible company. Machines never connect and you cannot get through on their support number so end up losing sales. I’ve tried for weeks to get through and emailed countless times too. Joke of a company. Do not waste your time and money.

You'll Spend Your Life on Hold

Have been trying to contact RMS to cancel our contract for terminal rental for over a week, and have been on hold for a total of AN HOUR over three separate calls (their hold music is ATROCIOUS!). Two emails have gone unanswered as well. We have resorted to cancelling our direct debit and sending the terminal back to them at our own cost. Even before all this 'data breach' malarkey, they were neigh impossible to contact. How can you run a 'business' like this? Avoid at all costs - you have been warned.
