Very fast service at a good price but…

Very fast service at a good price but bulbs put in a large box with no protectional wrapping so were moving about alot inside box. Luckily not broken.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! A LED bulb from last October has just failed (after 9 months). Filled out the web contact form requesting a replacement under guarantee and it arrived 3 working days later. Superb. If only all companies had the same attitude to customer service. Thank you LED Hut! PS - I notice that several recent reviews have been very negative regardng LED Hut. I'm happy to say that my experience has been very positive (and no, I don't have any connection with LED Hut other than being a very satisfied customer).

Terrible customer service

Terrible service, I bought 40 pounds worth of duralock rechargeable batteries and was sent the wrong cheaper (non-duralock) batteries. I could not get through to them on any phone, and when they eventually replied to my email, they told me to send the batteries back through the post. However the royal mail does not allow this many lithium ion batteries to be sent through the post. After informing them of this I got no help and I am left with the crap batteries.

Excellent guarantee and customer service

One of the 10 GU10 bulbs in our kitchen failed after 18 months. I emailed Led Hut to report the problem and received a response within an hour telling me a replacement would be sent. The bulb arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

A éviter absolument passer votre chemin. Ils ont changé de gérant par 2 fois et a chaque fois adieux la garantie. J'ai passé 2 commandes conséquentes et au moment de faire jouer la garantie "ah oui mais il y a de nouveaux gérant etc..." comme la législation est basé in UK vous pouvez rien faire. De plus la qualité a considérablement baissé, cet a dire que les 30 leds GU10 sont toutes HS.

Dreadful service

Update 15 Apr 22. Following my frustrated post below, the new owners of LED Hut were instantly in touch. The service at that point was prompt, polite, and professional, and they duly replaced the defective bulbs in the next post, which are now installed. They have managed to regain a very dissatisfied customer. I would say 'dreadful' service; however, it has been non-existent. The LED bulbs sold by LED Hut have been failing at a rapid rate of knots in my house. I returned the defective bulbs for replacement under warranty three months ago - and have heard nothing. Not an email. Not a call. Nobody answers their advertised telephone number. Even writing a letter to their CEO didn't stir them to action. Really shoddy.
