The led bulbs are very bright but not dazzling, great service from LED Hut, cheers

I have used LEDhut many times in the past without a problem but my last order I had to return as it was incorrect. I used a return label supplied by LED hut and it was confirmed that the parcel arrived. That was over 1 month ago and the expected correct products have not arrived. The phone just gives a bland message and the emails are not answered? This is not looking good for this Company so I suggest that you don't place orders here until they become responsive again!!! WE ARE NOW 1 WEEKS LATER AND DESPITE THE RESPONSE FROM LED HUT WHICH IMPLIED IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I HADN'T NOTIFIED THEM (BUT I HAD ON 3 OCCASIONS + AN INSTRUCTION IN THE RETURN PACKAGE) I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY 10 GU10 LED WARM WHITE. IT IS NOW AROUND 6 WEEKS WAITING. FROM A COMPANY THAT WAS ALWAYS RELIABLE TO ONE WHICH APPEARS TO BE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT NOW IS QUITE SAD AS OTHER COMPANIES SEEM TO BE QUITE THE OPPOSITE. IT'S NOW 25/06/21 I'LL REPORT BACK IN 1 WEEK (I'VE INCLUDED THE YEAR AS WHO KNOWS I MAY STILL BE WRITING THIS STORY IN 2022!

Not your fault - the LED bulbs I ordered for Churchfield House, (for whom I have previously ordered LED lamps to replace tungsten bulbs throughout the house), are too large to fit in the wall light shades. We have returned them, in the hope of a credit note as there will certainly be further requirements for other LED lights. Regards, Ted Wilson.

warning do not use this company! No customer service do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Ordered two lights fittings that never arrived and have had to go to the credit card company to get the refund. You have been warned!! In response. The parcel was returned to you on 25th may, 5 weeks ago!! I would suggest you use a better courier.

I purchased 4 led bulbs for a specific job within 3 days one of the bulbs failed and have not be able to contact LED hut they do not answer phones or emails. Poor customer relations I have been buying from them for a long time but will not use again.
