Used to use this company a lot in its previous guise but now it is worse than useless. Incomplete order delivered and cannot get any response, been trying for over two weeks. Been in touch with my bank to claim back the money as I paid on credit card. My advice to anyone considering ordering anything from this company is DON'T. Would give no stars if it was possible

Historically excellent service but on my latest order, still have not received the goods after more than two weeks. Have emailed twice and got no response. Have tried to phone 10 times today but only ever get an answering machine. Left a message but no response.

Quick and efficient service, great selection and good prices.

The light itself is excellent, gives great 'daylight' to my kitchen. However, Hermes was very difficult to deal with re the delivery; they didn't bother to notify me when they were coming, contradicted themselves, etc. LED Hut investigated and did send back useful (and accurate) information re the delivery; however, because Hermes was contradicting them I tried to phone LED Hut and got nowhere. I'd be connected by my call could 'never be taken'. I suspect that if LED Hut had used any other carrier firm, I'd have had no gripes at all. Their range of lights is very good and the electrician who fitted mine said it was a good quality light. I'd give LED Hut five stars for the light. I'd certainly use them again because of their range, but I'd try to encourage them to get Hermes to notify me of delivery day and time.

Awful service. No replies. I have sent faulty bulbs more than 7weeks ago and looks like they ignoring any communication. Going to trade standard now.

I placed an order with LED Hut 14 months ago and my account was charged. Despite numerous emails I have not had any reply and no goods - still! Do not trust this company with your money!
