FlyHugz- A game changer!

I have owned 2 other neck pillows over the years and have never been happy with them. I certainly purchased the FlyHugz and tried it for the first time this past weekend. I LOVED IT. It is certainly a game changer for me. I bought 2 more to give as Christmas gifts.

Be wary

Be wary! The adverts don’t show that USD are used. I paid and then realised $58.90 turned into AUD$96.30! I clicked my PayPal to confirm the purchase then saw the conversion and immediately emailed them to cancel my order. 3 emails later with no response from them. Then I get an email that the items have been shipped, how unsurprising! Don’t deal with this company. I’ll bet that the good reviews are fake so don’t waste your money. They responded here but not directly to me. I still haven’t received items and have emailed multiple times with no response. It’s now 24 Dec.

Tracking number doesn’t work

Tracking number doesn’t work. 3 emails to customer service with no response! I ordered 2 pillows for gifts and have no idea when/if they will show up. Super frustrating as mine was supposed to be an expedited delivery Edit: the pillows finally showed up. Still a frustrating experience

I have not received my FlyHugz yet

I have not received my FlyHugz yet, but did forget to put in my BF20 code. I asked customer service to apply to my order. They were prompt in responding that they would be able to do so, and even contacted me when the transaction took place. Very polite too! Impressive customer service interaction! I look forward to trying out our FlyHugz!!

No feedback about an update

I have been trying to get some information about when my order will be delivered and after 3 messages to their customer support I have not received a single reply. After 11 days since my order and my CC being charged no insight from them about the status. Their tracking company says the delivery # they provided does not exist. I would never order from this company again. Maybe a scam.

Took 2 months to receive the product…

Took 2 months to receive the product despite them stating it would take 1-2 weeks. So flew overseas without it, disappointed....

Never received my order

Never received my order. It's been over a month since I ordered it. Tracking says it's stuck in some other city. I emailed 5 times for status and then asked for a refund and have yet to hear back from anyone. Updated: Still no contact from company even though I've sent direct message as requested and called the number on the website (which just rings and rings).

I received no response for a week when…

I've got a defective product. I received no response for a week when I requested to return it. A few weeks later, I received their compensation. Based on the whole experience, I rate them 4/5 instead of 2/5.

FlyHugz doesn't follow their own return policy

Very displeased with how FlyHugz has not honored their return policy. I have tried for weeks now to get return instructions and have been effectively ghosted by all members of the team. No one answers the phone number listed on their website (yes, I did call during their business hours). The only email I received from them said that the reason I gave for this return didn't fit the conditions listed in their return policy, and that because FlyHugz is a small business and therefore has to be careful with their costs, they aren't going to process the return. I asked many times for a copy of their return policy language and received no response. I located the return policy (their "60 Day Guarantee") on the website and discovered that my return request does, in fact, fit all of the eligibility requirements listed in the policy. I sent them an email to explain as much and have had no response. Please don't cite your return policy to me if you aren't even following it. Unfortunately, I'm leaving this experience very disappointed and unimpressed with FlyHugz.

Slow at issuing refunds

I ordered a Flyhugz bag and immediately returned it, as I didn't like the material. They said I would get a refund as soon as it was received. Tracking shows it was received 7 weeks ago, and still no refund. *After posting this review, I did receive a refund
