Buyer Beware!!

I bought a Flyhugz crossbody anti-theft bag (sounds convincing) at a cost of $69 NZ. (Total rip off but I didn't realise the price was in US dollars.) The stitching around the zippers has unravelled after only one use. Incredibly disappointed and feel totally scammed. My emails to Flyhugs have gone unanswered. This is an inferior product that is not fit for purpose. I note on this site Flyhugs happily respond to their positive reviews but complete silence when it comes to the negative reviews. Don't get scammed like me! Update: I received three email’s from “John” (he doesn’t exist!) in response to mine. The first offered a 20% partial refund, the second offered a replacement bag that never arrived, the third said I was outside the 60 days returns period and would receive nothing! This company is in breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act selling an inferior and not fit for purpose product.

Do NOT buy from this company!

Do NOT buy from this company. The products come from China and take several weeks to be delivered. In my case, they came almost a month after I ordered them and well after my trip and after I'd bought an alternate pillow. They do not give a refund even though they guarantee a 14 day delivery window. I emailed several times and was finally given a return address and mailed the pillows back at my expense and still they have not refunded my money. I'm disputing charges with my credit card company and I've filed a better Business Bureau complaint. The pillows are the same thing you can buy on amazon for much less. Do NOT buy from them.

This neck pillow has been a game…

This neck pillow has been a game changer for me. I don’t typically write reviews but this helped me sleep on a recent flight from Turkey and I have never been able to sleep on a plane! I’m ordering more as gifts.

Best pillow + eye mask I've ever tried!!

The pillow and eye mask were honestly life savers on our Europe trip! We had so many plane, train, and bus rides (many of which were overnight) and I was able to get such great sleep thanks to FlyHugz. The pillow is super supportive and the material is so comfortable! The eye mask has a soft cushion (feels so good on your face) and seals out the light so well (all you see is dark, no cracks of light seeping in). The pillow is also very compact (can roll up into the little bag) and the small size was super appreciated on our backpacking trip! Another feature is that you can adjust both to be your size which is amazing. Simply put, these are the best pillow and eye mask I've ever tried! Definitely recommend - 10/10!

Defective Products from China

Don’t get fooled by purchasing this prodict. When I learned through the tracking info that it was coming from China, I immediately sent a cancellation request (it did not ship yet). Surprise, surprise, no response. Quite a bit later it still arrived and since I also ordered a travel pack I decided to check the products out. The travel pack zipper was totally defective where it did not stay closed. They finally responded to my emails when I sent a picture of it I am willing to bet it is a common thing and they would send me a new one. I told them I wanted to cancel this entire order. They fooled me once and I was not willing to play their game. The neck pillow is way too big and definitely cumbersome to wear. so I instead told them I wanted to return all of the defective product. They refuse to send a shipping label for the return. I keep going back and forth with them where they’re not provide any new information, so I contacted my credit card to refute all items. Would recommend you do not waste a penny on any of their low quality items. Their Customer Service is also a one star. Wish 0 stars were available for both product and customer service.

I received my neck pillow opened it up…

I received my neck pillow opened it up and the foam inside is all ripped up and falling apart. I have been emailing the customer support and calling and no one is returning my emails or calls. Quality is poor. My partner bought one from Amazon and it looks exactly the same and is in better condition and he paid 1/4 of the price. and received it days after ordering. I am traveling in a week and cannot even get a replacement as their shipping takes long to arrive. Plus they say there is 100%money back guaranteed within 60 days. Argghh!!

Well this is a honest review coming from someone that bought this product without properly reading reviews online. Well I bought this product due a friend that also bought them a week before me( at the time of writing this review theirs have not arrived yet, probably due pink colour out of stock?). I was worried once I read review here about the company and their delivery partners( which all had really bad reviews) so for all those thinking on buying some please be mindful that it might take longer delivery times and that their costumer service needs to improve alot probably due they are unable to meet their demand) overall the product looks really good and will write another review once I test it on my long trip to london.

Don't buy this pillow

Don't buy this pillow. It is from China, and there is no 100% money-back guarantee. You try to reach customer service for a refund via email or phone to no avail. The pillow is just like every other damn travel pillow out there. None of them support your head like they claim to. TRTL is the one that comes closest, but I am petite, so it doesn't align comfortably. If you do choose to buy it, get it off Amazon so you can easily return it.

It’s been nearly a month since my order supposedly shipped. Tracking shows numerous odd delays. Customer service will not reply to queries. I’ve sent three, at least.

Ordered the neck pillow

Ordered the neck pillow, and it arrived exactly 2 weeks later, only a few days before I set off for my vacation. Yes, with the long haul flight plus a return trip, the neck pillow helped with supporting my neck when I was resting. It came with a pouch bag, and I just clipped it onto my hand luggage. Saved me so much space! Thank you FlyHugz.
