Ordered it 23rd JULY and Never received the item, estimated delivery time was 3rd September and till today didn't get it!!! Very bad service.

I am still waiting after about two months for two lots of holy basil pills I ordered. This company do not even bother to answer emails, all you get is the Covid, Covid, Covid message. Dreadful service!

My 24th July order ha not arrived yet. I just received an apology and refunded the money promptly.

After waiting weeks and weeks ( I ordered on 29th July) my order hasnt arrived and noone in the customer service team would answer my emails chasing my package. In the end my bank stepped in as I paid by Visa card, and is chasing them. I noticed lots of people havent recieved their orders either so dont place an order with them it's not worth the frustration

Have still not recieved item but refunded me in the end after a lot of emails and calls and refusing to refund but got there in the end

Never had any problems until lock down happened and unfortunately, I am still waiting for deliveries that have been paid for 2 months ago. Have taken my business else where as delivery occurs within a couple of days.

Used this company many times and always been happy with the price, the products and the customer service
